Associate System's Administrator

This position will be responsible for maintaining the salesforce and other business applications. Will require both technical level experience and ability to interface with all levels of users. This position will also require user support as needed.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Skyword’s CRM (Salesforce) and other business impacting systems such as Mavenlink. Work with Business Operations Director and stakeholders to prioritize bugs, enhancements and builds within the system

  • Develop system reports and dashboards to track team's critical performance metrics

  • Conduct regular and one-off analysis of business to inform decisions 

  • Implement new functionality and/or new systems to meet changing business needs 

  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of systems

  • Support end users and come up with creative and effective solutions to technical issues

  • Collect user requirements and close “gaps” in existing system functionality

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree. 

  2. At least 2 years experience with Salesforce administration

  3. Understanding of IT principles, and ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external users or partners of all levels


Required Skills and Proficiency :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges


Ability to drive things to completion

  • Excel and Data Visualization Skills, preferred  

  • Salesforce Admin 101 & 201 Certifications, preferred

  • Experience implementing or maintaining Salesforce CPQ, preferred 

  • Knowledge of Apex development and deployment process, preferred
